STEP 1 - ESTIMATE
All necessary customer and recreational vehicle information will be collected during the initial estimate process. Data is collected to show preliminary estimated cost. The estimate process is completed after the tear-down of the recreation vehicle to inspect for hidden damage.
STEP 2 - APPROVAL
As soon as the initial estimate is completed and it is found that the vehicle is fixable, we move forward with your approval. This approval generally requires an agreement with the Insurer.
STEP 3 - ORDER PARTS/SCHEDULE REPAIRS
Initial parts order is submitted and an appointment for service is made based on the intital estimate.
STEP 4 - DISASSEMBLY
After dis-assembly, the repair plan is carried out. Any hidden damage or additional equipment required to complete the repair plan are added to the initial estimate and discussed with the owner and/or the insurance provider, if needed, for approval to move forward.
STEP 5 - STRUCTURAL REPAIR
A large number of damaged vehicles show signs of structural misalignment. Your vehicle is measured using manufacturer-specific dimensions and returned those specifications using O.E.M. approved equipment and tooling.
STEP 6 - BODY REPAIR
Depending on how bad the damage is, this is the phase that exterior panels are either straightened or replaced. Body panels are carefully installed and aligned before proceeding to paint prep.
STEP 7 - PAINT
Preparation for the paint process is a critical step in refinishing. Panels are systematically prepped, primed, and sealed before applying the eco-friendly waterborne color and poly-urethane clear coat. The color is scientifically mixed to formula for your vehicle and adjusted to blend or match.
STEP 8 - REASSEMBLY
Lights, moldings, trim, and hardware are re-installed during this step. Electrical and mechanical systems are checked. Wheel alignments, A/C recharges are performed if necessary and a road test is completed to assure your vehicle is returned to pre-accident performance and appearance.
STEP 9 - DETAILING
Vehicle is washed and vacuumed, paint is inspected and polished if needed. A final appearance inspection is performed prior to delivery.
STEP 10 - DELIVERY
Delivery is the last step in the repair process. When you arrive to pick up your vehicle, the bill is explained, the final repair work is completed, and payment is collected. You drive away satisfied that your vehicle has been restored to a safe pre-accident condition.
